Quick cell phone question.
    #7846547 - 01/08/08 12:00 AM (16 years, 25 days ago)

I was lucky enough to have my cell phone exchanged today at work because I was having piss poor reception recently, and I was supposed to have full bars in the store. They switched my phone out and it's got great reception now but my ringtones weren't transferred. I've been making my own ringtones for a while now and I'm afraid that somehow the software I use (bitpim) might have screwed my phone up. I've also dropped it a few times (not from higher than 3 feet really) so I'm thinking/hoping that was the case with the bad reception/dropped calls.

Is there much risk in me connecting my phone to my computer again to re-do the ringtones?

myxer.com

that's all you need to know man

it's freakin awesome. TOTALLY free and you use your OWN MP3s to make ringtones... there's even a program where you edit what part of the song you want to be the ringtone.

then it sends it attached to a text message. you store it then assign it as your ringtone.

seriously. it's the real deal.

Ehh...I manned up and gave it a shot, worked fine and my signal's going strong. I know that was a retarded question but I had to be sure.

On a side note, I fucking hate cell phone wallpaper. The resolution is ALWAYS off. The only one's that fit my phone are the one's that were pre-loaded. Every single time I try to put one on myself it's always too thin or too tall. FAAACK!
