you may have to have been "diagnosed" before you can sue...has any doctor ever written down you had this 'condition'?

yap im pretty sure that's part of it.
because they have a right not to hire you if you have a condition that could inhibit you from performing your job successfully.
which is bullshit i know. but if you had a legitimate like diagnosis from a doctor and they still hired you, then legal action could most likely be taken... and would make sense.

i knew a chick who had panic attacks when we planned a 'night out' (really just going to a local bar to stand around in the dark and drink 
so, she would get an attack a few hours before it was time to go, and they always sort of happened th same way. Once you knew what to look for, you could time the attack. it was very strange.
Also the chick who was her roomate, KNEW she was having an attack,a nd would exacerbate the conditions that would trigger different phases of the attack, and really fuck with her world.
Those two chicks were odd. I wonder what happened to them?.....

yes i was there for less then 3 months, yes ive been diagnosed and had it written down before i had the job. yes they knew i had those problems, and it happened again and then they fired me.
Can i even get unemployment since i havent been there long?

I would be aggrivated with an employee who couldn't handle or function under pressure. If you can't perform then you shouldn't get paid.

Are you on medication to treat the attacks?
It depends on what kind of job this was, the severity of your attacks, etc, but if you were NOT able to do your job because of them, you can be fired.
It's like someone in a wheelchair applying for the graveyard shift at wal-mart, trying to stock merchandise 10ft high, just not happenin.
Maybe this wasn't the job for you anyway? A little change up might not be so bad.

So then what the fuck should i do because thats the situation I'm stuck in?
should i try to get on ssi disability considering every job Ive had Ive lost or quit bc of "bugging out"
I have OCD too pretty bad so some instances were them telling me how to do something and i COULD NOT do it their way, only mine.

that's harsh cowgold.. a lot of people cant control that kinda shit.
he doesn't have to sit there and explain every detail.. all he has to do is make known his condition.

If your condition is legitimate then get the disability. This is just my opinion, but I think people give themselves excuses to fail. You know... "I'm incapable blah blah blah..."

My work fired a chick for having "panic attacks". She couldn't do ANYTHING without freaking out, they moved her to every single job in the restaurant and she still couldn't do it. She cried all the time, theres no way you could have someone like that work for you, especially in a high paced high stress atmosphere.

nothing I'm saying is an excuse. you don't know my history man, I'm lucky I'm not stuck in a psychiatric hospital and I'm trying to be "normal" and function like everyone else.
