I just found this on StumbleUpon. These "modern hookahs" look pretty sweet. Most come in variants featuring two and three hoses.

The water is dyed. This is a bottle of blue dye with a spoon.

This is one of their "SNIPER" pieces. It's designed to be portable (not break).
