I expect its legal if its still in yopo seed form but may not be when extracted/pure.

I heard 5-meo-dmt sucks compared to DMT

You will probably find its not legal.

Good idea but I dunno who would buy that much 5-meo-dmt.

Especially considering its illegal in most places and probably will become illegal anywhere it isn't if you start selling loads of it, lol.

You may be better off breeding the toads and selling them?

Or do both so all your eggs arn't in the same basket.

I know a fair bit about business and you have to find out if theres a market for your product. At a guess I reckon you'd have big trouble shifting much 5-meo-DMT. Although you could probably make a small income if you worked hard at it.

AFAIK the CDSA lists only these tryptamines in schedule 3:
"
6. N,N–Diethyltryptamine (DET) (3–[(2–diethylamino) ethyl]indole) and any salt thereof

7. N,N–Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) (3–[(2–dimethylamino) ethyl]indole) and any salt thereof

...

9. Harmaline (4,9–dihydro–7–methoxy–1–methyl–3H–pyrido(3,4–b)indole) and any salt thereof

10. Harmalol (4,9–dihydro–1–methyl–3H–pyrido(3,4–b)indol–7–ol) and any salt thereof

11. Psilocin (3–[2–(dimethylamino)ethyl]–4–hydroxyindole) and any salt thereof

12. Psilocybin (3–[2–(dimethylamino)ethyl]–4–phosphoryloxyindole) and any salt thereof
"

No inclusion of any clause for analogues, homologues etc. from what I can see. I also happen to know that some Canadian RC vendors sell 5-MeO-DMT and have not run into problems.

Edit: Oh and AET and LSD are in there too.

haha I thought about that happening, if it does I don't mind, you need to pay 5000$ for a gold membership on that site just to contact the buyers *sigh*, and I don't mind some competition, or even a potential business partner to trade ideas with.

but yeah, some things might be better left unsaid.

There I deleted most that info, I just wanted to know if it was legal, but it seems to be legal as far as I can tell minus what that other dude said which someone proved wrong, so I'm just going see what other people say. I also sent a question about it to erowid.org
