It's the 3rd year today since Dimebag Darrell was murderd at the Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio he was only 38. Also killed were Jeff "Mayhem" Thompson 40, Nathan Bray 23 and Erin Halk 29.

yeah it defiantly is, for some reason I decided not to go to that show at the last minute and then saw that shit on the news the next day I was blown away I don't know what would have happened to me if I did. But I never knew about any of those bands that were playing there I just knew Dimebag was playing in Damageplan. I don't like them though I never heard them till after that shit happened.

I am from Fort Worth,Pantera started in Arlington Texas as a journey type cover band,then Phil joined,I used to see them at a small nasty little bar on the outskirts of FT WT.,a place called "Joes Garage",I also boned a couple of girls that had been with one(or more)of these guys,damn dames did not tell me till after I was with them,I could have caught some kind of Pantera disease.( hehehehe)If you can find the very first record they put out you will hear a big difference,this may be impossible to find.

pantera is probably my favorite band of all time. shallow as that may seem, it's true. probably wouldn't be around if it wasn't for pantera.

BLS plays in this river every fucking set they play. Zakk wylde says he'll do a tribute to dimebag everynight until he dies. At the show he brought out a fucking carboard cut out of dimebag and played a song with it.
