I can't believe I'm watching this. It's fucking bullshit. Everyone knows pretty much what's gonna happen, and they're trying to make it intense like the March Madness show.

There's still a lot of questioning, like UGA or LSU, if OSU will even be in the NC, where will Oklahoma place.

They're seriously being faggots about it, though, forty seconds of commercials followed by "Coming up next…" and another forty fucking seconds :crankey:

Southern California heads to the Rose Bowl for the thirty second time, facing the Fighting Illini of Illinois.
Why is Illinois going in over Zona State?

Oklahoma will play West Virginia in the Fiesta Bowl.

I wouldn't mind a loss, but only if it's close. Like, another blow out will not be okay. I probably won't even watch ESPN for months if we get blown out.

Because the Rose Bowl is always Pac-10 v Big 10.

Big Ten Champion is playing in the NC, so an at-large team should play, I figured.
Maybe not, with the new 5-game set-up.

They wouldn't put a Pac-10 team vs. another Pac-10 team.
It's also just tradition for it to be Big 10 vs. Pac-10

From what I understand the Rose Bowl is guaranteed the Big-10 and Pac-10 winners. Since their Big-10 team went to the Nat'l Championship game instead, they get first dibs at who they want instead.

They picked Illinois, I assume for the reason I stated above.

Yeah, the Big Ten will yet again get torched. They really have been monumentally over-rated for decades.
