Only on pirated servers...unfortunately they also have the highest number of hackers playing...

It's cheap. Just go to STEAM's site, download steam for free and pay 10- bucks and WHAM you have Counterstrike Coundition Zero.

Well it looks like Sunday and Thursday are the best nights...we could have one of those nights 1.6 and one Source.

For time we'll use the 9pm ET / 6pm PT slot that most of us are choosing. Games can of course go longer, as long as some people want to play they'll play, I'm sure.

That should suit most people.

Which should we have on Sunday and which on Thursday?

We will either have to find a server, get someone to host one, or get a server hosted at a place like gameservers.com ($19.95/month for a 20 player private server).

To start with, I'd prefer either finding a server to play on, or someone hosting it. We can think about getting one hosted if this thing takes off.

Does anyone know of someplace cheaper than gameservers.com?

Does anyone have a good server that they play at regularly?  In between the "official" meetup times, we could just play there?

Maybe have our own "clan" tags so we can easily identify each other and just be badasses in general :wink:

Just some thoughts I had while reloading CS:S last night.

you guys should just host css but don't use steam, you'll get more people playing that way as some of us here are banned.

the key then to keep hackers out is to password protect the server, then just drop the password in this thread.

also you can easily setup mani, and give a few decent people admin to banned any suspect hackers....which you will need to do anyway as their are just as many hackers on normal servers as well....only difference is those on normal servers know how to use their hacks without getting caught
