For four dollars a hit you probably arent getting very good stuff.

Tolerance builds up quickly so eventually you wont find it so cheap to get high.

Weed is better than H because it doesnt make you sick.

The further west you are in the US the shittier your heroin is generally. East coast H is almost always superior, and cheaper, than anything else.
