Word Scramble, anyone?
    #7615411 - 11/09/07 01:57 PM (16 years, 2 months ago)

I have a word scramble I'm working on from the newspaper and I've completed all but one word. I'm stumped and my brain is overloaded. If you'd like a go at it, the word consists of six letters and the 1st, 3rd and 6th positions must be filled by one of the following letters used once: H,S, E.

The scrambled word is:

HELSIG

The instructions say the unscrambled word will be "ordinary" so don't blow a fuse on trying to find something obscure.

Good job!  I should have known that. I guess living in the deep south we don't have very many sleighs (or snow for that matter) down here so it wasn't on my mind. I was thinking the word may have been "english" but the newspaper misprinted and left out the "N". Ok thanks, I can give my eyes a rest now.  :eyeball:
