Yerp same here.  I used to refuse to take a shit in a public restroom, but then I decided to be outgoing and take a shit at school (I think i was like 16) and discovered that shitting at school/work is a whole other experience :cool:

yeah i never have to take a shit in public, and if i do on a rare occasion i will put toilet paper on the seat although theres really no possible way your gonna get a disease from someones legs. Penn & Teller had a whole episode about public restrooms.

i could never hold my shits in as a child so i was forced to get used to using public restrooms.

now it doesnt bother me. HOWEVER- i dont know why but i ALWAYS feel like motherfuckers are lookin through the cracks of the door (i know they dont). it's an internal phobia i have.

I used to have a huge problem with using public restrooms, and never ever thought I'd use one.

But one day I just said "This is stupid, let's just shit". Now I'm a firm believer in public toilets. Unless they are crawling with maggots or something wicked.

when i was younger i had a huge phobia of using ANY bathrooms outside of my own and maybe close family members. i would actually go all the way home to shit if i had to. it was pretty ridiculous now that i think about it lol.

being in sports and having to be out of town alot, that kinda broke me of the phobia, but i still hated it. i only did when absolutely necessary. when i started working in construction about 5 years ago, that really broke my phobia, having to use disgusting port o potties filled to the brim with maggots and the such..... today i have no problem shitting anywhere.

hell if theres no toilet nearby and i have to go at work, ill shit in the goddamned bushes if i have to. done that plenty of times :smile:

You can shit standing up. It's like dropping a bomb from a plane. It usually leaves a "chalk mark" on the inside of the bowl, though.

You are FAR more likely to get disease from the door handle on your way out than using the shitter. I HATE to crap anywhere but home, but when visiting a public rest room I fear handles the most. After finishing, wash hands, turn off water (if not auto) using paper towel or back of hand, open door to exit using paper towel. Done.
