I have heard that the creeper strain is suppose to be gt's also. Is this correct? I dont really care but I know that they cologinzed some pint jars in a week!! Thats pretty dam quick.

Creeper is said to possibly be GT... but it hasnt been proven...

in my opinion i say it isnt...

well crap, if its gt or tc, than I shouldnt have to order some of those spores next time I make a order. That would really be stupid to name the z strain and creeper for just some gt's.

I think it would be smart to forget about the Z strain and the Creeper altogether. I myself never took them strains seriously. Who know what strain they really are!?! I say fuck it, and dont bother with them at all. I like the self satisfaction of knowing what strain is being worked with.

But if you really want some input, ask Road. He has been working with them strains....and the A strain I believe.

BTW, dont EVER assume they are a certain strain. We dont need noone renameing strains. That could devistate the trading community.

Well, they do look exactly like the GT. They may as well be, yet I would prefer to stick with spores labeled "Golden Teacher".

Thought I'd get in on this one too.

The "Z" strain is the Golden Teacher without a doubt.

The "Keepers Creeper" hasn't been identified as any other strain......yet.

Some said it was the Cambodian.....its not.....I have grown out alot of Cambodian's.
There is no way in hell they are Cambodian's.

Some say its the Treasure Coast....I really don't think so.....the pictures look nothing like each other to me.....I have some Treasure Coast colonizing right now to compare the two.

I have never heard anyone say the Keepers Creeper is the Golden Teacher....lolz
They look nothing alike.

I have 4 casings of Keepers Creeper growing on horse poo right now.....the pictures are in the Grow Log forum.....they haven't started to pin yet.....but if you follow along you can watch and see what they look like.....they will be pinning in the next few days.

I have grown them out before.....they are beautiful mushrooms.
They colonize very fast....and usually start fruiting fast.
They have a very pointy cap and are absolutly beautiful before they mature!

Here is a picture of the "Keepers Creeper" from a few months ago.


I have a new digital camera.....so I will be taking some better quality pictures of them fruiting this time.

It is so expensive because the vendor selling it has high credit-card bills. The Creeper is 99% Treausre Coast - i know someone who happened to grow them at the same time and got a frustrating surprise.

Nice one roads - they look quite unique actually - a bit different to treasure coast, although its hard to say before maturity - maybe my friend got a misslabeled print
