I love both, but have to vote for South Park. Even when I disagree with the message of a particular episode(i.e. "Manbearpig"), the humor can be quite disarming. I would say that it's a more intelligent show, but Family Guy has its own kind of intelligence(but mostly with respect to its pop culture references).
