You could have mold spores or something stuck all over your clothes and you wouldn't know it.

It sounds like allergies, but if you're convinced it's not, then you probably want to see a doctor. That's not normal.

happens to me every morning aswell.

not so much runny - but definitely stuffed and annoying. i usually wake up ~1hr 30min before class, so by the time i leave - it's gone.

just go through some tissues, lol

I have noticed that every once in a while a will lie down and get a stuffy nose. When I stand back up it takes maybe 5 min to clear up. Idk the exact cause behind it, but it has been a consistent pattern for me. Maybe you should sleep with your head inclined. Use two pillows and see if it works.

It is possible you have a gum infection or undiagnosed abcess. During the night you are lying flat and the mucus accumulates in your nasal passages. When you get up you are vertical and it drains.

That is what happened to me. I had several fillings that had come out along with a gum infection. I used oregano oil as an antibiotic and it completely halted the bacterial growth along with the stuffiness until I could get to a dentist.

Nasal irrigation is very effective.

Get yourself a neti pot and rinse your nose every morning and or evening.

They come in many shapes and materials, I personally use a Rhino horn with sea salt.

i have a nasal rinse kit i got a while ago when i had a cold - it was heaven 2minutes at a time.

i love waking up a significant amount of time before class, it allows my brain to wake up so i can actually learn what i'm listening to.

works great :smile:  3.85!
