Totally depends on what it's from...

Pseudo-ephedrine generally works quite well for short-term relief, if you don't mind feeling a little jittery.

If it's caused by allergies try taking an anti-histamine...I take ceterizine (generic Reactine) and it works wonders!

Well in my home I have some decongestants and Emergen-C. Does the trick for me.
