Is there a such thing as a natural anti-histamine?

I mean, they have to come from somewhere right? These allergys are killing me, and medicine is expensive.

Does that shit work for food allergys, because that's what I have. When I eat mustard or pretty much any nut I get itchy all over and I guess you could call them hives. It started like a year ago, what's up with that?

Yeah, nuts and mustard seed and sweet potato and coconut and a bunch of other shit. I got tests done a year ago when it started happening, and it does suck.

When I was younger I used to be allergic to milk, pineapples, and some other stuff. I would puke like crazy whenever I ate it. It went away though

Try them if you want...but I think "natural" anti-histamines suck. They really suck and don't do a thing.
Give me some good old chlorpheniramine or, better yet, something new and non-drowsy like cetirizine.

Ahh, you have food allergies
I'm sorry to say it, but you are shit out of luck. Anti-histamines, natural or not, don't tend to work to well for food allergies. You pretty much just have to avoid the foods you are allergic to.

But at least you can enjoy all of your favorite pollen- and cat-based dishes.
