I'll have to say they are Panaeolus semiovatus too. A non-active mushroom.

Nice photos of Panaeolus semiovatus. I photographed some a few weeks ago in Tumwater with my frined Marcos. I just haven't developed the pictures yet. They get very big.. Where did you find them.
