Scheduled updates

I will be doing some major updates of apache, php, and mysql on the main web server sometime in the next couple days.  It will cause some downtime of the entire site (not just the forums) - as little as 15 minutes to as much as 3 years, so be prepared.

I'll post when done, and everyone can tell me what's broke :smirk:
