Creative Zen Xtra - Software stopped working - Any takers?
    #7538947 -

Hi Gang,
my Zen Xtra 30 gb has been working fine for 3 years now. all of a sudden when I went to launch the program to load mp3's into the thing, the application just shut down. Now when I go to launch it, it opens and closes in a 1/2 second. I uninstalled the program, and reinstalled from the original CD that came with the thing.
Seems I can no longer use this software.
So I downloaded the drivers from the Creative website - Same results.
Anyone have a Zen Xtra - and this problem - Or alternately - is there software I can get (for free) to load mp3's onto my Zen again - Id hate to have to buy a new mp3 player when this one is not even half full.
Any help would be glorious.

I recommend using Winamp. Back when I used my Creative, Winamp was the program I used to load everything on it. I hated the software that came with it the Creative.
