i don't see why it wouldn't work. it's just inducing flowering asap to keep them small. pretty sure it should work just fine, but perhaps you should wait for someone else to chime in.

Yes if they were cloned from a plant at the correct time.

Try to get at least a some roots coming out of your medium, (rock wool, earth cubes etc. etc.) This will give you better product in the end. This is also a pretty vague question, more detail would help in a better awnser as well.

ok..well i know you can 12/12 straight from seed. Im a cannabis patient so i have access to clones, i just want to make sure that starting from a clone rather than a seed will have the same out come, you never know

nope! it's relatively easy just put it under 12/12
i've heard a story of this one Russian grower from ICMag who actually "re-grew" his plant up to 12 times!
and the 2nd flowered bud is just as potent, if not more, than the original

of course it works. How do you think people are growing most good indoor pot? Dealing with seeds is a pain in the ass for a production crop.
You can clone a female for quite a long time. I know of one particular mother - a SINGLE skunk#1 X NorLights #5 from Neville's Seed Bank of old - that lasted ten years. Considering that cuttings were provided to a select few others I estimate that just this one CHOICE female produced . . . well lets just say A LOT. (constant cropping for a decade, do the math).
Basically about twice a year the existing mother was replaced with one of its own clones. While this does eventually lead to weakness and possibly genetic drift, it works very well for a long time if the mother is treated well.
edit: Oh and regarding the post above - after flowering reveg the mother(s) and take clones. Don't keep running the same plant through its a waste of time.
