Crazy thing is I owe Mcdonalds my life. Their cancer program paid for all the surgery to remove that neuroblastoma, and for all the hospital bills, which were well into 7 figures.

my dad is missing one of his big toes from a dirtbike accident when he was 13. people are always weirded out when they see it and often say something like "i thought you couldn't balance properly if you were missing your big toe?" but obviously they're wrong. you'd never know unless he took off his shoes and socks. and he is currently serving active duty in the navy, so obviously it's not that big of a deal.

i'm completely intact. although i was really close to having to have my leg amputated when i was 13 due to an out of control infection in my bone. i got a nice scar out of it though.
