I just got called a terrorist by a D.A.R.E. volunteer

Okay granted I wasn't in the best of moods having worked three eighteen hour days in a row and having to settle and deal with a dispute last night between two of my friends I was pretty agitated when I went to the store for groceries. Upon arriving at the store I saw D.A.R.E. booth set up with two attractive women in their late 20s early 30s manning it. As I walked into the store I ignored them despite them shouting "Hey you, why don't you come over here and see what we got to show you." About ten minutes later I was walking out of the store with my groceries again trying to do the American thing and ignore these people, until one of the ladies came up to me and started trying to talk to me. Now I have no idea why she picked me to talk too. I'm early twenty something year old man with dark circles around my eyes and long shaggy hair... clearly a potential member of the anti-drug movement. Not to mention my grocery bags were full of cookies and chips... but that's not here nor there.

So the lady comes up to me and says "Hi there, would you like to hear a little bit about the D.A.R.E. organization"

To which I replied "No I wouldn't, Let me guess you're here because the D.A.R.E. program is about to be done away with because statistics show it's completely ineffective right?"

To which she just kind of nodded her head realizing she had stumbled on completely the wrong person for her message.

I then said "I graduated from the D.A.R.E. program in sixth grade and I have to be honest with you and tell you that I don't believe in your organization and I consider it to be a obsolete organization that is doing nothing more than to harm the condition of drug use in America. Also your organization is helping to destroy this country by perpetuating the ignorance of the drug war which has only served to fuck the economy of the United States, put millions behind bars, and increase the drug use of minors through mis-education and out right lies. I'd rather see the American Nazi party or the KKK setting up a booth here trying to proselytize citizens than your organization because at least those two organizations would send members who understood the matters with which they speak.

To which she was kind of stunned so I finished off by saying "I also object to you personally because you're an attractive young woman who this organization is using like a prostitute to gain attention and funding for it's program. Of course if you weren't a pretty pair of legs in a skirt that just read a pamphlet you would know all this."

I then noticed most of the people standing outside were staring at the two of us. I just kind of shrugged and walked off to which I heard the D.A.R.E. representative yell "Terrorist!" at me as I walked off.

Actually, you spoked the truth. Maybe she is now asking herself why the fuck a stupid pothead did that to her, you see how it turns good people into bad people, now she hates drugs more, but she can suck a big fat donkey cock.
You did the right thing, you could have spoken a little louder so everyone could have listened to the conversation between you and her. That must have been funny.

haha, i once worked for a company that set up inflatable rides, slides, etc for a dare carnival... i was high the whole time, i loved the irony.

Another course of action would've been to stand there and listen to her attentively and halfway through her speech casually pull out your bowl and light up (and offer her a hit, of course).

if someone followed you around here like that i wouldn't be surprised if they got stabbed, then again people just stab anyone here for any reason.
If there were d.a.r.e people here, i'd ask them for money to get drugs.

That was excellent, I hope I someday have the chance to do the same thing. Did you also happen to mention that in some cases DARE has been counterproductive and that they lack legit scientific evidence?
