I used to read it. Then I came to the conclusion that it's put together by a bunch of pretentious and elitist Lefties who wouldn't know their asses from a hole in the ground.

Sometimes Lefties say some true stuff. Sometimes Righties say some true stuff. But, they are both so infested with their respective ideologies that they can't see reality objectively. In other words, they have an agenda and a bias and anything that comes out of their mouths is suspect.

What "good" and "right" is differs from person to person.  And, even if you could define "good" and have a movement pursue it this said movement would still be perverted and corrupted because of the nature of us humans.  Also, the movement would interpret and dumb down what good was because most people are stupid followers who can't think things through for themselves and who need slogans to get fired up.  In summary, we don't know what "good" is, people are stupid, and things involving us human begins become corrupted anyway.

Therefore, logically there is no point in trying to pursue good.  Reject all philosophy and spirituality and pay attention to your instinctual desires.  Pursue hedonism and power.  That's my advice.  :shrug:

I love the magazine.. I'm a subscriber.. but I agree with RF. They spout how our lifestyle is evil.. but don't really give any solutions. It's just talk.

It's nothing but over-educated Leftists getting up on their soapbox to showcase how holier-than-thou they are. How much pollution does that shiny paper they use cause? How many cubic tons of CO2 do the trucks belch out that transport the Adbuster magazines to the pretentious coffee shops and "liberal" bookstores.

I just love how eco-warriors bitch and moan about the environment and how they are trying to save it and how we need to cut down on our consumption. Yet, they use electricity (a lot of our electricity is produced with fossil fuels), own things made out of plastic (plastic is made from oil), and in general enjoy the material comforts of living in a modern society (such as putting out a glossy magazine made from trees and slathered in ink and chemicals).

Why should you been giving a solution? Hence the lazy i was talkin about. One must come up with their own solutions to their own problems. No one will fix a problem for you.

I think people are getting tired of being fed lies. There is only some truths out their. The rest is opinion and what you make it.
