Mushrooms growing in my house plant

So, in the last couple of weeks, mushrooms have been growing in my indoor jade plant. They are growing out of the soil and you can clearly see the mycellial network as well. I have no idea how they got there. This plant is kept indoors year-round so I guess that a spore must have blown in through an open window. I've tried to ID it on my own by looking online and in a couple of books but I've had no luck so far. I now leave it in all of your capable hands to help me out with this. I know that it is not an edible (at least I don't think so); I just want to ID it for my own curiosity's sake.

Gills: White

Stem: Yellowish-brown, thin and flexible

Cap: Yellow with brown scales that are more concentrated at the middle of the cap

Spore print: White

Bruising: no bruising

Location: Upper Mid-west in an indoor jade plant

Yes, they are L. birnbaumii.... those are very pale. I have not seen them so washed out before.

They also look very flattened out, much more than I've seen in my Sanseveria a few years ago. Sadly, I haven't watered that plant very well, so the shrooms haven't come back. They're a cool species.
