I had all 4 pulled at once. I went *UNDER* for that bitch. Best 45 seconds of my life until I passed out, was literally dragged/carried/tossed around like a rag doll by my tiny ex wife, slept for about 24 hours after (they went a bit heavy on the narcotics apparently, as I overslept by 3 hours just waking up to open the chair up for another customer)

anywho, I got 10mg percs, barely ate any, pain dropped a lot after the first week, then it was just a bitch to eat.

Oh God, I hated getting those things out. My whole head and face pounded together. The pain was horrible. I always got vicodins for those.

almost the same for me, only i only had 3 teeth and i didn't oversleep by 3hrs.

got 10mg percs as well. mmm .. percs. i also hardly used any, but went back for the checkup a week later, got more percs (got 60 the first time, 20 more at the checkup), it was nice.

Thanks for the positive vibes mang...

I went to the dentist appointment... she said the extraction should be relatively easy for the oral surgeon. The appointment is Sept. 11th.

I've got no health insurance right now... I hope the pain med prescription doesn't cost too much.

Also, they found like four fillings that need to be reworked while they were in there. Shitty side/corner fillings in molars where my old dentist (moron) left gaps between the teeth below the fillings... ugh.

So yeah. I'm looking at like two grand atleast. My dental plan is taking about a third off of the $3000 price tag.

To whoever said something about not doing it yet because of no dental insurance: Fuck it, dude. Most dentists have a payment credit system with no interest for 18 months... might as well do that shit, unless you plan on getting a job with a corporate identity real soon. (Dental insurance has proven nonexistant outside of large corporations throughout my job searching.)

Of course, you can also actually pay for the insurance. Not sure how that works.
