yea, i think it was Alien taht suggested using quinoa in the substrate, that it helped a lot. i didn't know they had quinoa rice. i'll have to give taht a try

The same place you get most grains we utilize, the health food store! I saw it sitting right next to the brown rice flour and looked it over, but they wanted a few bucks more and I had to raid the penny jar for the damn brown rice flour, so I passed it up. Oh well always a next time!

Ooops, in my excitement I might have slipped in rice....odin is right I got it already in a ground up state at my health food store, it really wasn't that bad it cost 4.99 for around 850gr and that is canadian...well worth the money though I can tell you that much....the casing is still producing huge huge huge mushrooms christ almighty I even dream about them at night, I have never seen anything so damm amazing!!!!!!
