b. caapi extract

So I just picked up a couple grams of a B. Caapi extract that has this profile:

Harmine 85%
Harmaline 5%
Tetrahydroharmine 5%

And they say 250mg of extract is derived from 55g of B. Caapi.

I was interested in mixing up an ayahuasca mixture soon, could would 250 mg be enough to get the MAOI effect from the B. Caapi?

Also I was wondering if there was any reason I couldn't put the extract in a gel cap and just swallow like 30 min before I down the p. Viridis?
