As far as I know, America has the most privately owned guns for the amount of people we've got. Why do you think the Russians failed in Red Dawn? A shitload of nationalistic weapons owners.

Note that this applies to a land invasion.

The people are not the country in this case. You created a generalization ('America thinks..'). America does not think. I attempted to make that point in my last post by pointing out that most everyone I've ever met in this country is a whole lot smarter than your idea of an average, war-mongering "American."

And your right China has a huge army. But like I say Iran has a bigger one. And as long as we don't try to invade them I don't think that army really means anything. If they tried to invade us they would get bum fucked. But if we invaded them the same would probably happen to us. Never fight a land war in asia.

no...it Can't be done. You will not find 1 single person on this planet who thinks EXACTLY like you. You will not find anyone on this planet that agrees with you in everything. Might find someone close, but not exact. And this is why there can't be peace. People disagree...what do people do when they disagree. Usually try to change someone's view and persuade them that their way is better. And when that doesn't work and it usually doesn't. They fight. Its unfortunate that the world will never be at complete peace.

I attempted to make that point in my last post by pointing out that most everyone I've ever met in this country is a whole lot smarter than your idea of an average, war-mongering "American."


If America can have a favorite comedian, or choose the next American Idol then it thinks.. There are smart people yes but its uncommon.. You must not get out a lot or live in a city like Glendo, Wyoming with a population of 239.. Im not the one to assume or state intentions but 4 years ago everyone was for the war.. I mean think about it man.. My dad and my grandpa and everyone from that generation said "The only good commie is a dead one."

We the people have been raised on violence.. They edit out a guy smoking a doobie but I see someones head get blown off with a shotgun and everything is shown..

"Everyone I've ever met in this country" America has about 206 or 306 million (I forget which) My point.. I dont think you have met everyone.. You just know how to choose your friends..

Alright so anyway, I already knew that China had a bigger military than Iran....but just to be on the safe side I looked it up...

It is pretty staggering infact....

Iran has a total military attrition of: 545,000


Let's go ahead and round that up to an even million.

China still outnumbers them by 12 million soldiers

Also Russia has the most technologically advanced military, even surpassing the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (suprised?)
China has very advanced weaponry, and they have the best planes in the sky. Not only that, but they know the land way better than we do, remember Vietnam and how hard it was to fight in the jungle? It is going to be similar (although we now know jungle warfare much better) except for the fact that they have 13 million strong, plus all of the civilians that will presumably be fighting alongside.

Not only that, but the typical Chinese soldier has MUCH more to fight for than the typical fat lazy american soldier.

I just have to tell this to people but the 3 major countrys we trade with are Canada, Mexico, and China.. Without some of their imports and without some of our exports we would all be in a hole... I think we mutually suck

We do have those, but most soldiers aren't fat. Lazy they are, though. Drinking and dicking around is what most US soldiers do after getting off work. It's amazing most of them pass the PT test. Not all, but enough for it to be a stereotype. Shit, I run for at least 30 minutes every night (almost 5 miles).
