Has anyone heard any details about woodstock 09?

I've heard a bit about it.
It's going to be at Bethel Woods Center For The Performing Arts in Bethel, New York.
It's going to be another festival about peace, love, and music.
There probably won't be widespread chaos and structure fires this time.
Good music, good drugs, good people.

Anyone know anything else?

I'm roadtripping to this one!

The only thing I've heard is that they're doing away with all the punk and metal bands and inviting the hippie type bands to this one and "bringing it back to its original intentions".

It sounds like it'll be good, I'll probably try my best to go depending on how it develops over the next 2 years

Maybe I'll go. There is no recreating the original one though; doesn't matter what bands they book.

Time does not repeat itself.

They do it every year, this year they were just bringing back the original bands as it's the 40th anniversary.

Alright, so where is it going to take place and when?

I sure as hell couldn't find any information because they obviously don't know yet. Even if it gets pushed back to September like I've read that's still only a month to organize. No way an event organized in a month is going to be worth anything.
