'Grey goo' machines.
Interesting read for anyone interested in destroying all life on Earth in the shortest time theoretically possible-

The idea of applying Science and Technology toward the disintegration of all earthly life is indeed an appealing one (for reasons which I'm certain are obvious to all but complete Luddites and simpletons). While I'm skeptical that "pick and place" nanoassemblers will ever be up to such an ambitious task, I applaud the imaginative spirit behind this munificent vision of the future. An end to all toil and suffering is indeed on the horizon, and it is innovative thinking such as this which will lead the way!

Master Clark, I bow to you. Your irony, satire and sarcasm dwarf my abilities. Please accept me as your disciple.

Ah Swami; there are no masters and no desciples.

Irony is as a great river fed by an endless spring.

Sarcasm is as a placid sea supplied by the waters of many rivers.

They can neither be added to nor taken away from.

They rest in the lowliest of places, and shun no creature but benefit all equally.

Besides, you're no slouch yourself.
