Flying?

I want to fly. Get off the ground for more than a second. I cannot afford a plane, a hot air balloon, or even a hang glider. I know I can rent a private flight in a small aeroplane, or jump with a parachute, but that's not what I'm looking for. Paragliding looks more like it, but is there a DIY way to make the fabric wing?

What's the cheapest and easiest way to fly? Independently. Ideas, experiences?

No, no :lol: From my research paragliding seems to be the most accessible way of flying. Does anyone here has any experience with it? Can I just buy a parachute from eBay or whatever and modify it for paragliding? What are the approximate costs? Any websites with good advice and/or tutorials?

I've seen a guy fly around in a home made helicopter before. It scared the shit out of me as I was hunting for shrooms at the time.
