Swimming in the shower

tonight as i was shower after a long day of exercise and work, than smoking with a good friend of mine i took a shower and closed my eyes it felt really good i imagined that i was circulating around my body and let the warm water fall on me.
So it dawned on me that some buddies of mine said that swimming in warm water while tripping is really fun and helps the trip(dont know if its true or not) but with the experience that happened tonight i would say that it is true, maybe this is a safer way to "swim" while tripping because I'm not about to put my body into a body of water thats higher than my ankles or even that!

drop me a line and tell me what you think! id like to see all opinions and comments on this one.

Well, two times when I've had a bad trip I managed to stop the fear by taking a hot bath.

I have no clue how it helps, but it does.

Couple weekends ago we went swimming at a rave that was right by the beach. The water felt so amazing I could have stayed in there for hours. It was warm enough to not feel the least bit cold. In fact, it actually felt warmer than the air on top of the water. Afterwards I realized it was probably not the best decision, but I felt very in-control at the time.

The next day I heard a girl died there that same night, diving off the rocks into shallow water.

I would say the next best thing is a hot tub, especially with the jets going.

sounds like fun! next time i will have to try taking a hot bath. I think it would be safe if you had control of your activities or had some people there otherwise its best left alone, tripping,stoned whatever u fancy.

It's a pretty cool way to mellow out.

You're in a bathroom, so you know you've got privacy... and it's a relaxing hot bath, so you can just chill out and savor the trip.
