Tried A New Drug! - Opium

so i was just on a two week vacation in florida

out of the blue the day before i go, my friend gives me some opium FOR FREE

ive smoked it before but i wouldnt count on it being a reliable experience since it was mixed in with alot of weed

which ive learned, clogs up any smoking device with a large black blob that is pretty fuckin gross

anyway, he gave me a squashed ball of tar wrapped in a small peice of paper, about the size of a nickel

i opened it up in my hotel room when it was all clear and pulled off a piece and smoked it out of this small smoking tube i constructed

first of all, what a taste. theres something altogether soothing about the aromas and taste

and very distinct

but even better is the feeling

i could relate it to the sensation of a silent sunny afternoon on a swing

alliteration alert!

but yeah

great drug

i still like weed better though

Smoke it by itself just so you know it wasn't placebo. Of course it's a great drug man. There are only opium dens. The whole Chinese continent was addicted to it and it is the main source of income for most of Afghanistan.

The one time I tried it, it just made me sleepy.  The other people with me seemed to enjoy it, but it didn't do anything to me but make me fall asleep after feeling a bit sick.

I later tried again about 10 minutes after snorting some amp and coke, and it put me right to sleep. :lol:

Opium is such a fun interesting drug, it's the only opiate I enjoy. The few times I've done opium in my life the world seems to slow down and communication between myself and others takes a strange poetic flavor that is highly enjoyable. Opium is cool :thumbup:

i have yet to try real opium...

sigh


but i suppose i really have no problems sticking to the opiates i can find very easily

hmmm i want to try it, but from what i hear its never around anymore....


how did the high compare to pot....

like the morning bowl is the best... (i havent had any for a REALLY long time too tho)

wake up, pack it, light that first hit

and that wave of euphoria, relaxation, and pulsing pleasurable sensation just winds up from behind the back of your head onto the frontal lobe.....mmmmmmm
