is that the champions dont ever have to defend their title... i think either a) the scores should be reset every several months or b) somehow force the user who has the trophy to complete atleast 1 challenge per month to keep hold of the title.

idk how hard itd be to implement though.

just wanted to post in here so you can look at my trophies.... notice that is plural.

You cant see both of them, but they are there.

i just think it would be cool to see people with the high score defending it in a challenge.

make things a little more interesting. kinda like a capture the flag thing.. not soo much who can play the game for longer and get the high score, but who can keep the title even though people can challenge you and take it.

be a man.

Some of the scores seem ridiculous, like 'kick ups'.
Did someone really sit there and bounce that ball 82652 times ?.
Maybe there's a trick to it like there is with many games but fuck me that's alot.
The person in the No2 slot only managed 4096.

Alot of the scores are well out of reach,, and since the question of fair play was brought up i've been looking at the arcade in a different light.

Kudos to everyone who attained their scores fairly, but yeah maybe something should be done to keep things fair/circulating/however you would put it.

at one point I had 5 trophies, 2 of those were taken away by cheaters. the two I have left have been won fairly, and just recently I had to defend my BMX score and whoop Kummitsai's ass by 4000 more points after he beat me by 30 points.

You do have to defend your titles. Someone plays, and if they beat your score, your title is gone. Basing it on one challenge would be retarded. Say I challenged psilo to a game of BMX (which I've never played before), and for some legit reason he fucked up (someone IMs him or something) and I end up with a higher score. Then I would never accept challenges for that game anymore, even if it reset every couple of months (which wouldn't solve anything) I'd still have a trophy I didn't deserve for a couple months.

By the way, I didn't necessarily cheat, but there's a pretty fucking obvious trick to Funky Pong, and since it's pretty impossible otherwise I think it should be removed from the arcade (or just locked so I can still have the trophy.)
