I thought mercer would win because he's had more expereince and is a professional and kimbos just a street fighter, but fuck kimbo showed me up lol. So i guess kimbos going into mma now.

I read awhile back that he was training with charles mcarthy, so it's pretty cool to see him finally doing something with it.

Kimbo and his "crew" are pretty much the most annoying people on the planet. Personally, I believe there is no better video than the one where Sean Gannon puts Kimbo's dumb arse to sleep.

I'm not to sure. I'm not a huge kimbo fan. He's gotta be early 30s though I imagine.

I always thought he was a joke.

A strong puncher yes, but that's all really.

I find watching any sort of mma bout is much more exciting or interesting, to me, than those kimbo fights.

There's definitely no denying that the boy can strike. I remember his very early fights where it was clear he could just hit hard, but now he's starting to get a bit more accurate with his punching and he's defending better as well.
I still think it's all a big joke though. I'd like to see Kimbo vs. Rampage

Well now Bas Rutten is training him. Kimbo might actually become pretty good in MMA.

Kimbo is just starting out. I think for his first mma fight he was damn good. Also remeber ray mercer is a seasoned veteran.
Right now rampage would slaughter kimbo Rampage is on a higher level then kimbo but give kimbo some time and i bet he could take him. I also think if kimbo was to fight gannon again gannon would lose. Since he should have lost in the first place since gannon used submissions.

Ah, Gannon only used a submission because Kimbo broke the rules first - there was an epic mma.tv thread that included members of Kimbo's crew AND Sean Gannon himself that explained that fight really well.
The STRICT rules, made by Kimbo's crew I might add, were 'striking only, no submissions, and no take downs'. At one stage in their fight, you see Kimbo is clearly rocked and, I guess just by natural instinct, drops down and tries to take Gannon down. That's when Gannon initially sunk on a guillotine choke.
Kimbo would clearly have to fight as a heavy weight... I'd love to see him up against another member of law enforcement (Gannon was a cop too), CRO COP! That would be epic... I imagine Cro Cop would stare him down before kicking him in the head.
Interesting to see how this develops.

i have a feeling if that big ghetto fuck went against any of the topnotch fighters he'd be out of the game quick.

Spike needs ratings and a big black ghetto fuck with a strong punch seems like just the ticket.
