gobarr what type of substrate did you use?? I am fixing to start this strain and would like to do it as close to yours as possible. Any thing would be appreciated...

I used Damp rid (calcium chloride) in container with a screen mesh for the shrooms to lay on.

As a matter of fact I have never hunted shrooms. Thats an adventure I would love to experience. The first time I ever tried shrooms was after I ordered some spores, grew them with the help of "The Shroomery", and ate them myself from my cakes. :smile:

I have a question GoBaRR. Was the surrounding temp already suitable for growing? Or did you have to use another method of heating? If so, how did you keep the correct temp? I am just about to start growing and this will be my only problem. Also how tall was your terrarium? It looked like a clear plastic bin.

The temp. was about 75 constant. They grew during december here in NC. I just kept the air conditioning at 75 all the time. The plastic box I bought at kmart and it's about 1 foot high.
