I cant check my PM's

I dont know why

I logged out and back in

it shows I got unread PM's, 6 of them but everytime I click on it, it does not show me any new ones... just old ones

I tried deleting some old ones thinking my mailbox is full but it still does not work

can anybody help me?
I am trying to get a tracking # from a vendor and I cant check my PM's

I have phantom pm's as well. There aren't actually any new ones though, the damn flashing mail thing keeps flashing, and I've done shift + refresh, signed out and closed the browser, deleted all cookies and temporary files.... :shrug:

I know that my PM's are NOT phantoms

I have PM'ed a vendor 2x a couple of days apart
And he always answeres with 12-24 hours

I need to get tracking and product info...

As for your 'missing' PMs, I'm not sure why you think this is a technical problem. I'd love to be able to conjure up messages which haven't been sent yet but sadly it's not within my abilities.
