How to secure received and sent PMs to you email account

It is possible to send the received and sent PMs to your email address in order to secure them in case they get deleted from server.
The procedure is very easy, you simply mark the PMs you want to have emailed to you in your Received Private Messages or your Sent Private Messages and press the "Email PM" button at the bottom of the list.



The PMs are then sent to the private email address specified in your profile.
It is important that this address is correct and the inbox is not full or the email account suspended, otherwise the emails can?t get delivered.

After you have confirmed that the emails are in your email inbox, you can safely delete the PMs from the server.

Takes around 15 minutes untill you recieve the message. But it works.  :smirk:

Thanks for the tips Anno, but is it possible to change the heading for the checking column from delete to something a little less threatening like check ?

The way it is at the moment it appears as though checking the PMs will delete them.
