i need to start Thai chi or Qigong soon!
too bad i got fired from my job, i was just starting to get the hang of it and find the time for other things when she gave me the boot :smirk:
it was actually an interesting experience (felt like i was living some movie scene) but it sucks ass all the same, it's a big set back for me and i don't know if i've got the motivation to start searching for a job again :smirk:

and when i see stuff like this it makes me wish i could just take off to some western country and find some old mentor that'd teach me everything i need until he dies.
and not have to worry about anything ales but my training (although, i would miss some female interaction...)

ehhhh.... nothing is ever good enough :shrug:

Go look for a new job man, even if you really dont want to, I hope you get one.

As for the unseen powers of energy and the mind, again, its incredible what we dont know. I just heard from a medical professional about a woman who was diagnosed with literally MANY types of cancer, the doctors were giving her 2 months at most.

She began doing a "new" (in the Western World) therapy called visiualization thereapy, though im not sure if thats the exact term. But baisically its when you visualize, several times a day, in a type of meditation, the cancer leaving your body or an illness leaving your body, and you fighting it.

She lived 12 years before the cancer finally killed her.

Thats fucking amazing. Just shows the potential of the mind and of energy directed/channeled in a certain way. :thumbup:

Qi Gung is fun. I used to do it. Very relaxing. Moving energy around and heavy on visualization. At the very least it's great for stress and works your parasympathetic nervous system with very slow fluid movements matched to breath.

chi "isn't real" because we aren't real, or this world. through meditation and other practices i guess you can wield this understanding and have greater freedom in maneuvering in the universe and mastering energy, whatever its called.
