Brand Spankin New Spores

I just received my new spores in the mail from sporeworks and there is a clump of white fuzz with black dots in each syringe. Is this contamination or just a clump of healthy spores? I tried shaking the syringes but the clump wouldn't diffuse into the solution. Any ideas?? Should I go ahead with the innocculation?? Thanks
