size and brand

soon to recieve my spores, what sizes and brands are best to use? which have the highest yeilds-- yeah i know the magic happens within the process, but i am looking for the best jars to start with.

Ok, since you are a Coen's fan like myself, The Dude will abide: I'm sure you mean 'strains' of Cubensis spores when you say 'brands'...EQ, Haw, PF, B+ are all great starter strains, tho any aren't especially difficult to a disciplined and educated newbie.

Some shrooms grow larger, some are smaller..BUT, the nutrition is all that matters. The weight will even out in the end, whether they are a larger growing strain or a small growing one.

Ok, easy enough...Kerr wide mouths(1/2 pt for starters), or Ball tapered 1/2 pts will do the trick...hurry up, canning season is almost over in alot of places!
