Why are vaporizers so expensive?

They don't seem too complicated. Why are good ones 400 to 600 dollars? :confused:

i'm pretty sure i'm the ONLY person who, having used it multiple times, really thinks that the Volcano is not only over-priced, but looks SO GODDAMNED CHEAP that it's almost unbearable.  those plastic BAGS you use just ... don't ... do it for me ...

on the other hand, i've had a Vapor Bros. before, which costs between $100 and $200, and it LOOKS sleek (wood-finish and small package), has more of an ergonomic action (tube vs. plastic bags) and doesn't cost $600+.

if you want a vape and you're a reasonable person, get the Vapor Bros.  people can tell me all they want that the Volcano IS that much better, but I just don't care.  the Volcano, to me, is like buying a sports car that's half a million dollars and looks like a POS.  i mean sure, it probably works great, but who cares, it looks like a Chevrolet Celebrity CL (no offense to you Celebrity drivers out there :cool:)

i made one with an electric skillet because they cost too much. works just as good as all the ones i have tried that people have bought.

i got a cheap 25 dollar vaporizer, and it kind of sucks. the tube is in the bottom of it, and the smoke naturally rises to the top, which is kind of irritating. and because the tube is in the bottom, if i try to smoke dmt in it, the tiny, burning crystals get sucked into the tube you hit and you end up with burning dmt crystals in your mouth. i guess pot works decently enough though.
