I am. I watched the second one last not and it was pretty corny. Everyone should have been dead within the first 40 min. I'm going with a group of friends and its 10 bucks so why not?

Come on! Keira Knightly, Chow Yun Phat, Keith Richards! How can you beat this cast?

I'd probably go to see it in theatres even if they advertised up-front that it was without plot.

Then again, rum is also my favorite alcoholic beverage, so that might have something to do with my affinity for this movie.

I only saw the first movie. Without fail, everyone who saw the second told me it was terrible, and I can't really be bothered to watch the third having not seen the second.

I'm really looking to Die Hard 4 as well (not so much Transformers, but whatever). When I first saw Bruce Willis saying "Yippee Kye-Yay!" again, I was instantly sold.

Anyway, I'm leaving to eat and see the movie now, I'll be back with a review sometime later...

I'm not, but apparently a lot of people are.

I went out to eat with the parents tonight at the PF Chang's by the mall (which also has a movie theater). We sat out side and as we ate we saw about 25 people walking into the mall dressed as pirates.

Who does that? Dresses as a Pirate to go see a movie about pirates? You shouldn't need an excuse to dress like a pirate (or a ninja), just do it for christs sake... Everyone knows pirates and ninjas are awesome.

Yeah, so are LOTR fans. For each of the Debuts( at midnight) there was tons of Elfs and Wizards and Hobbits. Funny shit, I like them :cool:

So, I actually saw the movie last night.

Personally, I thought it was amazing. My gf said she liked the second one better, but I think she's the only one I heard with that opinion.

Unlike the second one, this one had a clear-cut plot from the beginning, and they minimized Orlando Bloom's need to act, both of which greatly improved the quality of the film, IMO.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes adventure movies, it was just a lot of fun and totally worth it.

I like watchin johny depp act (did I spell it right?) . He has a comical drunk swagger when he plays the pirate.


I'm gonna go see it along with shrek... but then again I have friends that work in the movie theatres so they hook me up with tickets.


Also what I really want to see coming up is transformers but even more would have to be fantastic 4 part2 . It has Silver Surfer. I'm not a FF fan but silver surfur is another story.


Anyone was and is a marvel comics fan would definatly have seen spiderman 3 when it came out, and would definatly see the new ff movie. Come on!!! it's silver surfer (I think I spelled surfer wrong somewhere)
