what have you guys found to work especially well for you in regards to breaking through on salvia? i've been having sort of a weird experience with it. the first time i smoked (5x) i broke through hard core, had sort of an out of body experience, death like. Then I smoked the rest of the 5x and didn't experience that again. Bought 3 gm. of 20x, broke through maybe once out of all it. I don't know what I'm doing right and wrong, so I'm hoping everyone else can share what they've learned.

Reverse tolerance is the main thing. Get some standard salvia leaf, smoke a bowl or two a day and soon enough you'll be able to break through just on that. Using an extract after breaking your tolerance will blow your mind out.

sorry
for intensity
the extracts are better
and torches are not required.
you just need to smoke quickly and hold it in deeply.

you have around 90 seconds to threashold,
you can smoke longer but only the last 90 seconds count.
your blood will keep absorbing after you smoke from debris in your lungs but you need a 90 second window in which the amount you take in is sufficient.

that amounts to 2 or 3 quick deep inhallations max.

Load, light, inhale, hold, release, be high, repeat.

Pretty straight forward.  :laugh:

I use a simple glass pipe, and a bic lighter.  Works perfectly every time.

It gets easier after the first time. The more relaxed I am, the gentler the pull.

And yes, bic lighters work just fine.

It should be, some people seem to have better luck with an empty (dry) bong.

I heard that a gravity bong is quite effective, from what i've seen on google they require 2L bottles and a big bucket, would a .5L bottle (average size waterbottle) and a big glass of water work just as well?

No, the .5L bottle will not work. The volume is not sufficient to create the necessary vacuum effects.

In plain terms, while this will work slightly, the smoke inside will be very thin (mixed with lots of air) and is ineffective for salvia and unsatisfying for mj. The 2L will create a big enough vacuum to pull thick smoke inside. You should be able to find a 2L without much difficulty.

I've got a big thing of juice which is 1.89 L, if I wash it out a lot, and i figure after cutting the bottom off it will be 1.5 L (Its a slightly conic shape) will that work? I just want to make sure it works because I've smoked 3g of 20x so far without breaking through. and right now i've got about 1/15g 20x left.
