My coolmist humidifier is leaking, help

I've suddenly noticed that I'm having to fill the reservoir in my Vick's coolmist humidifer a lot more often than normal. Then i notice the floor around it is soaked!! There's no holes or cracks that i can see in the reservoir. Anybody got any ideas??? Thanks in advance!!!

You must gave a hole in the tank somewhere. I had my humidifier on the floor once and a weight feel on it and water started leaking out all over. All i can tell you to do is check again for holes. a hole anywhere on the tank, even on the top, will cause water to leak out of the bottom. When you find the hole, put some glue on it. Until then, just put enough water in the resevor to cover the disk.

I don't know about others, but sometimes I don't get the lid on right all the way around and it leaks around the seam where the lid joins the bottom. Also check on the bottom piece on the inside to see if something is obstructing where the top part fits down into the groove on the inside of the bottom.
