Damn... that guy is a baller. I'm learning a bit about chi and energy movement in my acupressure class, but I've never seen anything like that before. What do you search for on youtube to find this vid?

when he ignited the newspaper with his hand, I knew it was real instinctively, and because of that I tripped harder for one moment than I ever have off any drug ... ever ...

this video is the EXACT reason I'm going into acupuncture/holistic healing now ... the power of the mind and body is beyond comprehension, and us humans seem satisfied with all these material illusions ...

NIce video.

There are a lot of healers out there. If you guys want to start into the field of healing with energy, I would say start with reiki. It is japanese form of healing that uses the energy that is everywhere, prana, and uses yourself as a the medium to transfer to heal people. Of course it is more complicated than that, but it is nice way to start.

Anyway if you are person that can deal with the idea that this whole reality is an illusion and that eternity is just another day, in our never endind existance, then go for it. Become a healer.



I practice reiki since a couple of years, not as much or not even the way I should be practicing, but when i get into it I am in peace, especially when i give reiki to others.

Man that shit is totally different.  Most of these old men that know the true power of chi are living there lives in secerecy in monk temples and such, living low key lives.

That dude is no chi master and saying such is just plublicity for the event in that video.

Chi is a very real energy and I think it's main benefits are for healing, not fighting.

Using a video like that for your argument is absoulutely ridiculous

the best news is that to be a believer yourself doesn't require anybody else to be a believer. cynics and generally-dismal people will always waste their breath censoring and filtering possible excitement from the world, but truths will exist without their consent. silly them.

it's always what separates one person from another and makes us all unique ... the fact that one person's life can be completely based on a concept and practice that another person doesn't even find to exist in reality shows how much we need to just listen inwards.

"chi" is just a name for a very strong and vital energy within life. it's not necessarily magical or mysterious ... that's what makes it special. it's real-life magic, here, everywhere, all the time. harness-able, but only by those who care.
