Dissatisfied with Tennstud!

Made my order for 20lb of poo/straw March 29th (Order #1118080) and have yet to recieve it. Obviously this has put a big hurting on my project. I emailed the tennstud support and got 1 response saying it was a problem with paypal, yea right... emailed them again with no response about my order. It has been over a month! i plan on purchasing 80-120lb of this stuff a month, anybody know of a vendor that likes to take care of its customers?

Wow, you think thats bad? try this on for size

order placed on the 17th of march, I send a bunch of emails, and finally on the 10th of april I cave and ask to cancel the order. I get sent an email saying they are going ahead and refund in around 10 days. Good, I will get my money back. I like money. I wait 14 days, then I get an email saying my order has been shipped.

WAHAAA.

Ok, it goes to my usual pickup spot, a UPS store, they receive the FedEx package on the 25th. Wow, quick receive. the UPS store then refuses the package because they don't receive FedEx packages. This is why in the the order I requested it be sent by UPS, it says somewhere on the tennstud site that they are flexible like that.

*sigh*

sorry, I'm just a little pissed. You all can probably understand.

I'm sure this is just a random series of mistakes, but I'm still thoroughly displeased. C'mon tennstud.

Wow...I remember TennStud as being really good with their orders. A bit late from time to time, from the weather, but pretty good, nevertheless. Don't know what's up here.

Graham must be in business heaven right now!!! LOL. All the tennstudd disatisfied curtomers (and theirs a lot!) are migrating over to mycopath.... Tennstud's lack of good business quality at the moment is making Graham thousands of dollars. Comm'n do the disco dance you know you want to, not at the expense of Mike off course, but extra income is never a bad thing.:tongue2:

I ordered from tennstud in 2005, and it was a great, super-fast arriving product. Sad to see things have gone downhill. :frown:

I took about 8 weeks to get my order from stud. He did send me twice the amount I ordered. MycoPath came threw in 4 days for me. I have liked studs product for a long time. But I cant wait around for 2 months so I guess MycoPath has a new customer.

Excellent service at Mycopath! (Grant is a genuine GREAT GUY--from our conversation on the phone I can tell you that there's no better vendor on this site)


Now, if only I can get my refund from the 1-month old order that I finally canceled from TennStud, I'll never have to do anything but advise everyone I can find who's looking for h-poo against ordering from them again :smile:

Well... I guess I don't have to wait on that part, huh :wink:
