 Need a quick possible contam identification please

This jar is one of the first that my friend did and was intitially shot up on 6/2 the other jars if not already at 100% colonization will be in the next few days.
This jar from the beginning only showed growth under one inoculation point and stayed that way for about 6 days when all the other jars and the one hole that did take had silver dollar sized growth. So around that time my friend took this jar out and reinoculated the three "blank" Holes to help speed colonization in this jar.
You can see in the pic the white mycelium on the left, the other spot of mycelium growth to the right where it was reinoculated in the "blank" hole and this off white stuff inbetween. The bottom is dry for refference and looks like normal, uncolonized substrate.
Is this the cobweb mold I keep reading about? Should he toss this jar immediately? he has it in with a ton of other jars so I would appreciate any input asap to avoid contamination on the other jars !
The other side of the jar is almost completely colonized from the initial, one inoculation hole that did take.

It doesnt look good to me......you should seperate it from the other jars just in case....let it sit for a few more days and see what pans out but I personally wouldnt even bother.....if I even suspect contamination in a jar I pitch it....because I know if I dont, I'll let it sit around while I get high and things will grow and end up eating my kitty.

Ya thanks for the input guys, upon closer inspection I noticed a black webby looking spot that is not the substrate along with some blue green discoloration . Here are some pics of it, I have tossed it to be safe. I just hope I tossed it in time before it got to the others, but the ones it was sitting with are almost all 100% so they should be resistant, of course there are other jars on the other side of the same incubator that are not that far along and just starting, hopefully I caught it in time.
The red circle is of the blue green discoloration and the white circle is of the black webby looking stuff.
In this last pic you can see the discoloration pretty good...

No I didnt, it was purchased from a reputable vendor but the same syringe also incoculated 11 other jars that are all doing great, most of which are at 100% as we speak (about 13 - 14 days total) so the contam must have happened at inoculation time.

Hey guys, I can't start my own thread, but I was just wondering what this is in my jar. I don't know if it's a contamination or not. It doesn't smell at all. But it's 90% colonized, it has a slight yellow-ish discoloration. It grows slightly everyday. So my guess is it could metabolites. But I don't know. Thanks for any replies.

@OP: Your jar looks like it got water in it during the PC process. The black thing you circled just looks like brf and mycelium to me. I think your jar is probably better off tossed, though.
@Mac: I have no idea what that thing is.
