Hmm bummer. I'm guessing the temperature isn't anything insane?

What substrate are the cakes made out of? How much air exchange did they get?

I fan out the air twice every day, or more, one cake is in a tupperware terr., bottom covered verm. While the other is in a "poormans" terr. The temp is uaually mid 70's-80's.

Try dropping the tempature a good 5-10 degrees if it still isn't pinning, or give a good cold-shock, you got yourself some stuburn mycelium. Best of luck
