Huge AVI file, need to shrink help?

Well I made an AVI file last night that is over 600mb, need to get it under 100 to put it on youtube.... anybody know of any good free data compressors? Thanks!

Check out WinAVI Video Converter also. Its super simple design and can convert anything to anythng else. You can also change quality and size and eerything to shrink things but retain high quality, or use good algorithms in a different format.
