From the breif info Ive aquired over the last few days. It seems that the British government argued that they were in Iraq waters rather than Iranian, and the Iranian government has responded simply with "well. we dont know whos waters they were in exactly, but were going to keep them anyway".

It seems like talking with a 5 year old whos just taken a cookie but still has it in his hand. "Did you take a cookie?" "Noooo..." "Are you sure you didn't take a cookie? whats in your hand there?" "Noooooo...*puts cookie behind back*"

lets do some hypothetical thinking for a moment. suppose rusiia sells a nuke to iran, iraq, korea or whoever caughs up the dough. if it gets used attacking, say for example the U.S.A., radioactive material can be tested to find out exactly where the uranium came from. they will know who enriched the uranium, where it was enriched, and when it was enriched and whoever sold the nuke would be held partially responsible, and the retailation that would ensue is enough to keep everyone from selling any nuclear material, hence the reason iran is doing its own uranium enrichment program.


That makes lots of sense there. Thanks for the contribution. I didn't know there where methods of testing to tell where the enriched uranium came from etc.. I thought it would be like anything else High Grade enriched uranium= High Grade enriched uranium. Shows my ignorance. So basically the technology is out there or does that have to be bought as well I would assume? Like once these Iranians get there own enriched uranium is it a matter of 123 before they can make it into usable war head(forget delivery system(ICBM) thats a hole nother headache.)

from my understanding yes it is pretty much just a 123. the easiest thing to do is make a "dirty bomb" which is just a normal bomb with some uranium tossed inside. when it explodes the the explosion will be much bigger and radioactive. for an actual nuclear warhead tho u have to cause a nuclear reaction(fission or fusion, whichever one is splitting the atom) within the uranium, which is sumthin i know nothing about. when this is done u get the big ass fuckin explosion with the mushroom cloud and a new crater. a good sized car bomb turned "dirty bomb" would seriously fuck some shit up.
